Job description
As a consultant, you will independently take over consulting processes. You will get deep insights into different teams and organizations and will implement strategy consulting together with the duple team. You will be in direct contact with the clients and work with them to achieve mutual success.
Your tasks in detail are:
- You manage consulting processes and are the first contact person for our clients.
- You create project plans, presentations and status reports and present them confidently and focused to our stakeholders.
- You continuously develop your industry and consulting know-how and are very interested in digital business models.
- You work transparently and develop strategies for the consulting projects together with us.
What you should bring with you:
- Several years of practical experience in HR, People, Communication or Marketing.
- Structured way of working
- Strong interest in the digital economy
- Fluent German and English skills
- Interest in HR topics and trends
- Strong communication skills
