In our consulting, we provide impulses and sometimes the necessary tempo to enable our clients to develop their companies into harmonious overall compositions and thereby unfold their full potential. Dr. Adiba Maignan

Adiba has gone through all phases of a digital company in various leadership roles. Whether as the co-founder of a tech school, where she trained talents for the digital world, or as Head of People & Culture, where she built an EdTech start-up from the ground up—she knows the challenges and opportunities that arise when teams and structures grow and evolve. Her experience ranges from HR strategies and organizational design to building a strong leadership team.
On the side, she channeled her passion for learning and networking into founding an HR association, where she organized events, speakers, and regular meetups.
For Adiba, it is clear: successful entrepreneurship means remaining flexible at all times and creating sustainable structures to support teams on their journey. As an entrepreneur, she knows how to navigate change and drive innovation.
Julia Loske
[ˈjulia ˈloskə]
Julia is an entrepreneur who began her professional journey at a startup investor and media company. As the first HR professional there, she built everything related to People & Culture—from processes and foundational structures to development concepts. As a one-woman show, she was also responsible for recruiting and all administrative people-related tasks.
Afterwards, she gained valuable experience as an in-house consultant at an international media corporation, working on both strategic and operational change projects. She enjoys the diverse immersion into different industries and organizational structures, along with the challenge of understanding new products and environments.
Since 2017, she has been a certified systemic organizational consultant. Since then, she has worked as a facilitator and consultant for change processes, as an interim manager, and as an individual coach. Together with Adiba, Julia has been working since 2021 as a consultant, coach, and interim manager in both the dynamic startup world and with mid-sized companies in the DACH region. She is a true networker and co-founder of an HR association.
